The leader of our quality department, Ron Johnson, M.D., F.A.C.S., personally visited each of our Centers of Excellence, not only to evaluate their clinical standards, but also to gain insight into a patient's perspective and what they could expect when they receive care at one of our hospitals.
Dr. Johnson places significant emphasis on network quality through continuous communication with the medical directors and physician teams - and regular site visits where he monitors and reports on the quality measurements to our Medical Quality Advisory Board. All efforts are focused on delivering the highest level of patient care, and ensuring that all our patients have a positive and rewarding Satori Experience.

Satori World Medical Quality Assurance Measures:
Satori's primary focus is providing access to the highest quality patient care. Our company has developed a proprietary, robust quality management system which includes ongoing quality audits and a Nurse Patient Advocacy program. Additionally, our Quality Assurance Program meets or exceeds published AMA guidelines on medical travel.
Our program, directed by our Chief Medical Officer (CMO) Ron Johnson, MD F.A.C.S., was established so that all of Satori's International Centers of Excellence meet the following criteria:
Satori's CMO and VP of Network Development & International Operations conducted on site due diligence visits to all of our network hospitals.
- Reviewed JCI accreditation reports
- Hospital Performance measures
- Physician credentials and outcomes
- Interviewed hospital management teams
- Toured and evaluated clinical facilities
